Four ways to work together, from a free 30-minute call to full implementation and ongoing support. Start wherever makes sense — nothing here requires a long-term commitment.
30-minute call
We walk through how your current process actually works — not how it's supposed to. You leave knowing whether a paid audit is worth it. No pitch, no pressure.
Flat fee · 1–2 week turnaround
A full diagnostic of your current workflow: where leads or jobs get stuck, where ownership is unclear, and what's costing you the most time or money right now.
Scoped after the audit
I build and deploy the fix — CRM cleanup, automations, AI tooling, new intake or reporting process — and train your team so it actually gets used.
One-time session
A focused training session for your team on a specific tool, workflow, or AI use case — useful on its own or as a refresher after an Implementation Sprint.
Keep the new workflow tuned as your team, volume, and tools change. Month-to-month, cancel anytime — most clients use this for the first two to three months after a sprint, then step down as things stabilize.
Ask About Ongoing SupportA full map of your current process, interviews with the people doing the work, identification of every breakdown point, and a written report ranking fixes by impact and effort. Delivered within one to two weeks.
You get the report either way — there's no obligation to continue. If you want the fixes built, that's the Implementation Sprint, scoped and quoted based on what the audit found.
No. It's optional and month-to-month. Many clients don't need it after the first few months once the new workflow is stable.
Yes — the workflow problems (unclear ownership, lost follow-up, no visibility) look similar across home services, sales teams, and multi-location operations. See Use Cases for specifics.
Start with the free assessment. We'll figure out the right next step together.
